DISCIPLINE OR LIMITATIONS

Discipline is very necessary for good health and happiness. Discipline means the capacity to be. we all have our limitations, these limitations differ from person to person. Actually discipline is to drop negativity and enhance positivity. Challenges help us to grow - so instead of being hamstrung by  these challenges, we should welcome them. Unless we are tested by circumstances, we do not know our own potential. Slowly we learn to let go and stay with things and people with whom we are comfortable. If we want to live a peaceful and purposeful life, we begin  to stay away from the activities that are stressful. Our limitations will teach us to be truly human. Nature provides us with the option of compromise as an effective means to achieve harmony and peace in times of emotional turmoil. We want to only receive all the time.
